As all parts are Interchangeable, one can Convert Series U81 to U86 & B81 to B86 by changing only the Dynamic Ring & the Secondary Seal. This principle is ideal for stock rationalization.
Construction & Working :
Torque Transmission from Retainer Shell to Dynamic Ring is done through Drive lugs. Their Compact Design permits their use in all types of Centrifugal Pumps. All Components are held together by a Snap Ring that helps in easier installation & removal.
Standard Style :
- Face Materials : Dynamic Ring & Stationary Ring , Carbon, Ceramic (99.5%). Silicon Carbide, Tungsten Carbide, Chrome Cast Steel & Which are Suitable For Fluid.
- Secondary Seal :
U81 & B81 : Viton, EPDM, Silicon, Aflas, EPR, Kalrez, TCV.
U86 & B86 : GFT, PTFE, FEP, Grafoil.
